Cancellation Policy At Conner's Coaching Center, we strive to provide flexibility and support to our clients. Please review our cancellation policy below: Individual Coaching Sessions Customers can cancel their individual coaching sessions for any reason at any time. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the owner. Group Coaching Sessions For group coaching sessions, please note the following: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, unless there is a waitlist, and the spot is filled. Group Classes and Courses For group classes and courses, the following policy applies: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the class or course start date. Event Tickets Event tickets are non-refundable. Special Circumstances Management reserves the right to update this policy at any time or to issue a refund in special circumstances at their discretion. Thank you for your understanding and support!
